Deep in the heart of Texas (and a bit north of Houston), you’ll find Chambers Creek. This new community from Caldwell Companies is designed for folks 55 years and older, but if you’re thinking old means dull and boring, you’d be mistaken. They’ve challenged us to create a trail system that makes grandkids beg to come visit. And we think we’re on the right path.
Our team designed and built several miles of nature trails that weave in, around and over Chambers Creek, which flows through the prettiest meadow around these parts. We’ve designed an Avid Adventure Trail, a super cool treehouse, trailhead kiosk and trail signage. Five bridges span the creek, and we also installed comfy benches at prime viewing spots.
